Reduction stoneware teapot made in an iron-rich clay body. The outside is unglazed and gains a metallic surface in the reduction firing. it is glazed on the inside.
Thrown from a very textured clay and taken to a temperature where inclusions begin to melt, bubble and crackle, the teapot has a wonderful tactile surface and also functions excellently.
